What is LEED?

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a voluntary, consensus-based, market driven program that provides third-party verification of green buildings.

For commercial buildings and other buildings, to earn LEED Certification a project must satisfy all LEED prerequisites and earn points on LEED rating system scale

  • LEED Certified - 40 to 49 Points
  • LEED Silver - 50 to 59 Points
  • LEED Gold - 60 to 79 Points
  • LEED Platinum - 80 and Above
