 Rocky Cocca, one of the partner/owners of  the LaQuinta Inn & Suites Albany Airport at 833 New Loudon Rd, Latham NY, recently attended La Quinta’s National Conference in Puerto Rico for franchise owners and received an award for Best New Construction 2006, including exterior and interior design.  The hotel was constructed by Bunkoff General Contractor and the Clover Group assisted in the architectural design. The lobby and common areas were designed by Valerie DeLaCruz of DeLaCruz Enterprises, LLC.
