Commercial Construction Superintendent requires a minimum of 5 years of field experience managing on-site commercial construction projects. The Superintendent is responsible for scheduling, quality control, safety, coordinating and managing subcontractors. Projects vary from small to large sized additions and renovations. Ability to do hands-on work a benefit.
Project Manager requires commercial construction experience and knowledge. The PM is responsible to assist the site superintendent on various tasks such as schedule, submittals, and job coordination. Must be able to communicate with the owner, architect, and job site personnel. Familiarity with construction scheduling and submittal software a benefit.
Estimator will be responsible for reviewing various projects out to bid, calling subcontractors, reviewing plans & specifications and putting the bid together. Must have knowledge of all aspects of commercial construction. Ability to use estimating software is beneficial.
